abstract:The German Law Journal is a peer-reviewed, online-only open access law journal reporting on the developments in German, European and international jurisprudence. It is co-published by Osgoode Hall Law School and the Washington & Lee University School of Law.
But the Journal notes that under Germanlaw only people can be charged with bribery, and not companies, although they can still be penalized for their activities as side participants.
