Abstract The physical and chemical characteristics of the Electro Chemical Machining(ECM) by higher frequency, short pulses current are investigated, also its affection on the effects of ECM.
分析了高频、窄脉冲电流电解加工过程的物理、化学特性及对加工结果的影响，进行了高频、窄脉冲电流电解加工模具试验。
The result shows that the application of electro chemical machining can obtain the cladding which bonds well with matrix and meets the requirement for the mould for the forming of floor board;
研究结果表明：对于汽车地板革成形模，采用刷镀工艺可获得和基体结合良好，满足使用要求的修复镀层；
