时效前的冷变形,有利于沉淀相沿晶内滑移线析出,对晶界的不连续析出有抑制作用,使晶界处析出物数量减少;形变时效可以提高合金的时效析出的速度;通过正交试验,得出QBe2合金变形时效处理最佳工艺为:44%冷变形量+300℃×2h时效处理。
