时效前的冷变形，有利于沉淀相沿晶内滑移线析出，对晶界的不连续析出有抑制作用，使晶界处析出物数量减少；形变时效可以提高合金的时效析出的速度；通过正交试验，得出QBe2合金变形时效处理最佳工艺为：44％冷变形量+300℃×2h时效处理。
