The most advanced markets for consumer finance, such as America, Britain and Canada, have creditbureaus through which banks share information about their customers.
The newspaper reviewed nearly 30, 000 consumer complaints filed with the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general involving the big creditbureaus.
