abstract:James Clifton Williams, Jr. (26 March 1923 Traskwood, Arkansas — 12 February 1976 Miami) was an American composer, pianist, French hornist, mellophonist, music theorist, conductor, and music educator.
Dr Williams' speech was praised by his predecessor as archbishop, Lord Carey of Clifton, who emphasised the continuing strength of traditional families.
