Swiftkey co-founder BenMedlock told the BBC that all publicly available Queen's speeches and addresses were electronically analysed to develop the software.
"The way we do this is essentially by modeling the surface of the keyboard as a series of probability distributions, " said BenMedlock, chief technology officer at TouchType Ltd.
The high frequency of words such as "confident", "delighted" and "pleased" in Queen Elizabeth's speech could be seen as an indicator that she is in a rather optimistic frame of mind, according to BenMedlock.
