New research by recruitment agency Kelly Services predicts that by 2020 one-quarter of all UK workers will be based athome, with half doing some form of teleworking at one time or another.
But anxieties that people like Daly and Taylor experience don't mean that all communication devices should be left athome, or even that you shouldn't ever check e-mail on a phone, experts say.
