In a petition filed yesterday, JCI asked the Delaware Court of Chancery yesterday to dissolve the automotive Li-ion battery joint venture, Johnson Controls-Saft Advanced Power Solutions LLC (JCS), which was formed in 2006 to develop and manufacture lithium-ion automotive battery solutions.
Johnson Controls is also increasing its production capacity of advancedbattery types like Absorbent Glass Mat that power start-stop vehicles and Li-ion that power hybrid and electric vehicles.
The Nao also has all of the features of its less advanced counterparts: water resistance, a comfortable and easy-to-adjust strap and a rechargeable Li-ion battery that, in a pinch, can be swapped out easily for two AAA batteries.
