abstract:Dato' Abdul Halim Abdul Rahman is a Malaysian politician and is currently the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Pengkalan Chepa constituency in Kelantan. He is a member of the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) in the Pakatan Rakyat opposition coalition.
