髓外浆细胞瘤是指原发于骨髓和骨骼之外其他部位的浆细胞瘤。其病因未明，可能与慢性吸人性刺激和病毒感染有关。临床症状为鼻塞、鼻衄、声嘶、咯血、流泪、面部肿胀、嗅觉下降、呼吸困难等，尤以鼻塞、鼻衄最为多见。髓外浆细胞瘤的治疗以放射治疗为首选，早期病变经放射治疗和（或）手术切除可能根治。
