马来联邦（1895年-1946年），是英国在马来半岛的殖民政体之一，由半岛上四个接受英国保护的马来王朝（雪兰莪、森美兰、霹雳和彭亨）组成，首府吉隆坡。 马来联邦自《邦咯条约》开始，逐步为英国控制。马来联邦的外交和防务由英国负责。内政方面，除涉及马来习俗和伊斯兰教的事务外，都须听从英国派出参政司的的意见。 1946年4月1日与马来属邦、海峡殖民地（新加坡除外）统一成为马来亚联邦（Malayan Union）。
