阴性预测值（Negative predictive value, NPV）又称回溯精确度，是关于结果完备性的度量，计算公式为NPV = TN/TN+FN，即被正确预测的阴性样本与所有阴性样本的比。 在医疗卫生中，阴性预测值指检验结果为阴性的受试者占全部真正阴性受试者的比例，可以反映一项诊断技术排除非患者的能力。
阴性预测值(negative predictive value):由诊 断试验检出的全部阴性例数中，真正没有患该病者 所占比例。即从阴性结果中可排除疾病的百分率。
