铸态组织是指金属（多指合金）材料在熔炼过程中，从金属熔体转变为固体（浇铸）后形成的微观组织。铸锭的铸态组织指晶粒的形态、大小、取向及缺陷（疏松、夹杂、气孔等）和界面的形貌等。对铸件来说，铸态组织直接影响到它的机械性能和使用寿命；对铸锭来说，铸态组织不但影响到它的压力加工性能，而且还影响到压力加工后的金属制品的组织及性能。
