银杏叶为银杏科植物银杏的叶。银杏叶性味甘苦涩平,有益心敛肺、化湿止泻等功效。《中药志》记载它能“敛肺气,平喘咳,止带浊”。据现代药理研究,银杏叶对人体和动物体的作用较为广泛,如改善心血管及周围血管循环功能,对心肌缺血有改善作用,具有促进记忆力、改善脑功能的作用。此外,还能降低血黏度、清除自由基。
目的:建立银杏叶口服液中总黄酮含量的测定方法,为制剂质量控制提供依据。
