酶组织化学(Enzyme Histochemistry)是利用组织细胞内酶具有催化某种反应的特性来检测酶活性。一般是利用冻结或固定的切片,在一定的条件下(具有酶的底物等)全酶进行催化作用,产生一种可见产物,沉淀在酶所在的部位,最终通过显微镜对酶的活性进行定位或定量研究。
