酶组织化学（Enzyme Histochemistry）是利用组织细胞内酶具有催化某种反应的特性来检测酶活性。一般是利用冻结或固定的切片，在一定的条件下（具有酶的底物等）全酶进行催化作用，产生一种可见产物，沉淀在酶所在的部位，最终通过显微镜对酶的活性进行定位或定量研究。
