逆行转移皮瓣行静脉吻合19例，设计成穿支蒂皮神经营养血管皮瓣21例。
Among them, 19 flaps had their veins anastomosed to the veins in the recipient sites and 21 flaps were designed to have the perforating vessels in their pedicles.
结论：指固有神经背支岛状皮瓣是最理想的皮瓣类型，逆行转移是修复指端缺损的理想转移方式。
Conclusions: The idealest type of digital artery island flap is the flap with dorsal branch of digital nerve. The reversed transfer is the best transfer method for fingertip defect.
