过度训练是指运动员由于疲劳的连续积累而导致机体出现功能紊乱或病理状态的训练和比赛。过度训练是一种训练与恢复、运动与运动能力、应激与应激耐受性之间的失衡状态。 根据运动疲劳的程度,过度训练可分为短期过度训练和过度训练综合症。短期过度训练经过1~2周恢复,运动能力能够恢复或超过原来水平。而过度训练综合症则表现为持续的运动能力、免疫力下降,易感染,持续疲劳,且情绪低落、易烦躁。
