货源标记，是指用来表示商品出处的标志，换言之，是表示商品于特定的国家、地区、地方所生产、制造或加工而使用的区别标志。如“中国制造”我国学者一般认为，货源标记通常只代表产地的整体信誉，而与产品质量没有直接联系，更不表明产品的特定质量品质。
