西方极乐世界简称极乐世界，是佛教中西方世界佛「阿弥陀佛」即法藏菩萨依因地修行所发之四十八大愿感得之庄严、清净、平等之世界。此世界人民皆是七宝池中莲花化生，是皆具金刚那罗延身的无漏大阿罗汉。因为此世界的民众皆是“诸上善人”，所以无诸苦痛，故名“极乐”。
许多人想要去西方极乐世界，但是不能。
现在我能通过亲身经历认识到西方极乐世界。
