荧光磁粉 这是一种在紫外线(黑光) 照射下进行磁痕观察的磁粉。荧光磁粉有水性和油性两种。 它是以磁性氧化铁粉、工业纯铁粉、羰基铁粉等为核心，再在外面粘合一层荧光染料树脂制成。在紫外光的照射下，能发出波长为510~550nm ·为人眼接受的最敏感的鲜明的黄绿色荧光，与工件表面颜色形成很高的对比度。荧光磁粉具有很高的检测灵敏度，可见度及与工件表面的对比度都远大于非荧光磁粉，容易观察，能提高检测速度，使用范围也很广泛。 荧光磁粉多用于磁粉探伤机的无损检测中（湿法检验）。
