茺蔚子，中药名。为唇形科植物益母草Leonurus japonicus Houtt.的干燥成熟果实。秋季果实成熟时采割地上部分，晒干，打下果实，除去杂质。广泛分布于全国各地。具有活血调经，清肝明目的功效。用于月经不调，经闭痛经，目赤翳障，头晕胀痛。
