苔腻，即苔质颗粒细腻致密，均匀成片，紧贴舌面，中厚边薄，揩之不去，刮之不易脱落。其表示浊邪内蕴，阳气被遏，主湿浊、痰饮、食积。该舌颜色淡红，表面舌苔腻，色淡黄，边有齿痕。
白腻苔和黄腻苔在Hp感染中无差异，淡舌和Hp的感染有相关性，脾虚寒湿证和湿热蕴脾证在Hp感染中无显著差异。
