系肝总动脉的分支之一。此动脉经过幽门后方，分为胃网膜右动脉和胰十二指肠上动脉。胃网膜右动脉沿大弯从右向左走，分支到胃和大网膜；胰十二指肠上动脉位于胰头和十二指肠之间，营养这两个器官。
方法:应用10只Sprague-Dawley大鼠,开腹后,将微导管逆行置于胃十二指肠动脉(gastroduodenal artery,GDA),导管开口朝向肝固有动脉的方向,制成肝固有动脉超选灌注动物模型.
