竹红菌素(Hypocrellin )是我国特有的一种苝醌类色素,系竹黄子座中的主要活性成分,在上世纪80年代由我国学者万象义等首先发现。竹红菌素最早发现于竹红菌(Hypocrella bambusea)子座中。竹红菌是主要生长于我国云南西北部海拔3000~5000 m高寒地带的箭竹(Fargesia spathacea)上的一种寄生菌,隶属于子囊菌纲肉座菌科。
