mercury selenide；mercuric selenide 分子式：HgSe 性质：灰黑色正方晶体。有毒!相对密度8.266。在氮、二氧化碳气氛中或真空加热至约600℃时升华，升华物为紫黑色。导电率高，达3000Ω-1cm-1。为电子导电型物质。不溶于水，溶于硒氢酸铵溶液。由稀氯化汞溶液滴加于饱和硒化氢溶液中或由化学计量的汞和硒在封管内加热至550～600℃而得。是一种半导体材料。用于制造太阳能电池、薄膜晶体管、红外检波器和超声放大器。还用于制作霍尔效应高灵薄膜和分析试剂。
