Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of biological amnion and preserved amnion transplantation on serious ocular surface alkali burn.
方法采用新鲜羊膜早期移植治疗重度眼表碱烧伤35例38眼。
Methods 35 patients (38 eyes) who had severe alkali burn received fresh amniotic membrane transplantation.
结论：含干细胞的异体角膜缘移植治疗眼表碱烧伤的疗效明显优于单纯异体角膜移植，是一种较有效的方法。
Conclusion: the method treating the rabbit ocular surface alkali burns with corneal limbal stem cell allograft is an effective therapy.
