申克氏孢子丝菌（学名：Sporothrix schenckii）是一种全球常见的温感二形性真菌，也是Sporothrix属的唯一物种。申克氏孢子丝菌是引起孢子丝菌病的唯一病原菌。广泛分布于自然界，自土壤、腐木及植物表面可分离出本菌。申克氏孢子丝菌通过损伤的皮肤或粘膜感染人，可引起皮肤、皮下发生慢性结节性或溃疡性为特点的孢子丝菌病。也可侵犯肺、胃肠道、骨及中枢神经系统。病原菌通过血流播散，引起全身皮肤出现结节、脓肿。
其病原体为双相性申克氏孢子丝菌（Sporothrix schenckii），广泛分布于土壤、腐烂的木材、玉米秸和芦苇等 [1] ，很多动物 如猫、狗等也常常携带孢子丝菌。
