To find out the relationship between soil microbial biomass C and N and soil fertility, soil microbial biomass C and N were compared in several types of soil with different fertilization levels.
研究结果表明,在整个培养过程中,仅加莠去津的土壤中微生物生物量碳、氮、磷的含量均显著降低,与对照相比,分别平均降低了13.5%,10.1%,20.0%。
Results showed that soil microbial biomass C, N, P significantly decreased after addition of atrazine. As composed with control, microbial biomass C, N and P decreased averagely 13.5%, 10.1%, 20.0%.
