甜酒酿是江南地区传统小吃。是用蒸熟的江米(糯米)拌上酒酵(一种特殊的微生物酵母)发酵而成的一种甜米酒。酒酿也叫醪糟。甜酒酿属于徽州风味。不完全属于酒的类别,却有着酒的芳香,因其由糯米制就,因此有滋润了淳淳米香,是安徽一带极具盛名的风味小吃。
