理解社会学亦称“领悟社会学”。西方社会学理论。产生于20世纪初。导源于德国狄尔泰,为M.韦伯所系统阐发。认为社会学是一种“理解社会行为”的科学,它以人的社会活动的意义和目的为研究对象。理解是说明社会事实的因果关系的先决条件。理解的方法有两种;一是对社会行动进行理论分析;一是直接参与社会行动,由参与者凭内心知觉加以领悟。
