Article 2. The regulations only apply for administrative permission of bag cement and spot mixed concrete used for construction projects in the district of Guangdong province.
混凝土采用预拌混凝土，混凝土用搅拌运输车送至施工现场后用混凝土输送泵压送至模板内，其摊铺厚度应高于设计厚度15～20%。
The concrete are pre-mixed concrete, delivered to site with mixer car and then pumped into forms. The paving thickness shall be 15~20% higher than the designed value.
