犯罪思想（thoughtcrime）是英国作家乔治·奥威尔作品《一九八四》中的新语名词，是大洋国政府的一个罪名，若有犯罪思想则会犯下思想罪，而不必在言论或行动上定罪。跟此词相反的是好思想，即被党称赞的思想；基于新话简单二分法的原则，好思想和犯罪思想中间没有灰色地带。 在《一九八四》中，有一句很著名的话“Thoughtcrime does not entail death: thoughtcrime is death."
