烧二冬,是一道菜肴。制作方法为: (1)将冬菇摘去硬根,除去杂质洗干净,挤去水份备用,冬笋切成4cm长、2cm宽片,葱姜切末。 (2)油锅上旺火,烧至六成热时放入冬笋氽炸一下捞出。冬菇用开水氽烫一下捞出。 (3)炒勺上旺火,加底油,用葱姜炝锅,加酱油、料酒、味精、白糖,倒入冬菇、冬笋煸炒,再加入鲜汤,烧开后用水淀粉勾芡,淋香油即可。
