用作环氧树脂胶黏剂的增韧剂，参考用量20~50份液体聚硫橡胶的溶解度参考数与环氧树脂相近，因而相容性好，在环氧交联结构中引入了柔性较好的链段，降低环氧树脂本体模量，增大韧性，冲击强度由0.45J/cm。提高到0.90J/cm2。还可以增韧聚氨酯，用量60份时剪切强度和剥离强度最大。也用于制造飞机、船舶、汽车、建筑等的密封胶。液体聚硫橡胶增韧改性的环氧树脂密封胶，在44MPa压力下不泄漏，可用于耐受深海压力容器的密封。
