正电子素，也称电子偶素(positronium)是一个电子与一个正电子组成的亚稳定的束缚态(e-e+(e+e-)，化学符号是Ps。最早由麻省理工学院物理学家Martin Deutsch在1951年发现。该系统是不稳定的：两个粒子湮灭，主要产生两个或三个伽马射线，这取决于相对自旋态。两个粒子的轨道和能级与氢原子（其是质子和电子的结合状态）的轨道和能级相似。然而，由于质量减小，谱线的频率小于相应氢气线的一半。
