报名生效：收到报名信息后，组委会将进行来宾身份确认，并发出正式邀请函，凭邀请函入场。
Validity of Participation: After receiving participation information, organizers will confirm the status of guests and send out formal invitation which will be used by guests to attend the meeting.
被正式邀请参加咨询的设计单位在收到咨询邀请函后，如确认参加咨询，应传真递交书面参加咨询确认函。
If designer confirm to participate in the consultation activity upon letter of invitation is received, the designer shall fax a confirmation sheet.
