本合同期满前若未能付梓，预付款不应转交或延伸给本合同的补充条款。
The Advance payment, if not earned out before this Agreement expiry date, shall not be transferred or extended to the Renewal of this Agreement.
本合同不应进行任何修正、修改或是补充，除非经由买方和卖方的书面适当授权。
This Contract shall not be modified, amended or supplemented except by and instrument in writing duly executed by Seller and Buyer.
本合同的修改补充应按双方授权代表签名盖章的文件，才能进行。
