智力结构论（structure－of-intellect theory），系美国心理学家 吉尔福特（Guilford， 1959）氏提倡一种智力理论。按智力结构论的解释，人类的智力乃是思考的表现，而思考的整个心理活动中，则包括了思考之内容（Conten）运作（Operation）以及思考之产物（product）三个心理向度。由此三个心理向度，构成一个立体结构，即为智力结构。
