指令长（Commander），是载人航天飞行器中的专用称呼，包括航天飞机、宇宙飞船等。指令长负责接收地面指令或向地面传输指令，并对载人航天器中其他成员发出指令，有时兼任驾驶员（Pilot）的工作。其职责类似于航海活动中的船长。
