Purchasing company should seal up the application and submit to the borrower according to the date and address stipulated in tendering invitation.
采购公司不按本条规定提交代理申请书的视为无效投标。
If purchasing company does not submit the application according to this provision, it should be deemed as an invalid tendering.
第八条收到投标邀请书的采购公司应按要求填写代理申请书。
