恶性肉芽肿多始于鼻部，之后渐延及面部中线，是一种以进行性坏死性溃疡为临床特征的少见肉芽肿.病理检查多为慢性非特异性肉芽组织和坏死，其中有多种成分的炎症细胞浸润。根据临床和病理特点推测本病为肿瘤。
结论放射治疗应是恶性肉芽肿的首选治疗方法。
