形态分析法是技术预测方法之一。系统地探寻生产某种产品的新的技术方案的方法。所谓形态在技术预测中指的是产品的零部件。主要步骤为：（1)把产品分解成若干零部件；（2)找出每种零部件的所有可行生产技术；（3)列出所有零部件的所有可行技术的可能组合；（4)对可能组合进行分析和评估，从中找出可行组合。可行组合既是新技术方案出现的机会，也是开发新技术方案的机会。
