大山脚（马来语：Bukit Mertajam，简称：BM）是马来西亚北部槟城州境内主要市镇，位于威省中部。市区居民以华裔为主，当地也是马来西亚华人人口比例最高的市镇。大山脚也以大山脚圣安纳教堂而著名，此间天主教教堂每年主办一次的圣安纳节吸引来自全世界与本地的信徒到来，此教堂也是亚洲第二大的教堂。大山脚也是马来西亚著名羽毛球员李宗伟的家乡，人口估计有20万人，主要地区包括柔府、武吉敏惹、武吉丁雅、甘榜峇汝（市中心）、百利镇、阿儿玛、直落卓坤、马章武莫、高巴三万、峇冬丁宜等。
