卷薄饼，潮汕千家万户历来有“卷薄饼”的传统美食习俗。清明吃薄饼有个传说：清康熙十四年间(1675年)，郑成功之子率兵围入闽南的漳州城，清军守将黄芳度出兵顽抗，围城数月城里居民饿死无数，尸横街巷，生存者便用草席裹尸掩埋。同年10月间，清军投降，漳州百姓为悼念死难亲友，卷薄饼状如草席，以此祭祀亡灵，此俗世代相传成风。
