卵黄细胞 yolk cell， statocyte 〔1〕多细胞动物的胚，特别是全裂卵和不等裂卵胚的多卵黄细胞。大多属内胚层细胞。卵黄细胞(5张) 〔2〕亦指扁形动物的复合卵，与卵细胞共存于卵壳里边的多卵黄细胞。后来这种细胞变成多核体，在卵细胞形成胚胎，起供给营养作用。
