《南京条约》又称《江宁条约》，是中国近代史上与外国签订的第一个不平等条约，是中国第一个丧权辱国的条约。道光二十二年（1842年），清朝在与英国的第一次鸦片战争中战败。清政府代表在泊于南京下关江面的英军旗舰康华丽号（亦译作皋华丽号）上与英国签署《中英南京条约》。
一年后，挥军溯长江而上，直逼南京，双方终于在1842年八月二十九日订立《南京条约》，战事始告平息。
