分布容积（distribution volume）是指在药物动力学中研究药物在体内各组织中分布程度的参数，它的数值在解剖学上没有真正的生理学意义，故常用表观分布容积来描述体内药量的分布情况
药代动力学 静脉给药后，丁溴东茛菪碱迅速分布（t1/2α=4分钟，t1/2β=29分钟）进入组织。分布容积（Vss）为128L（相当于大约1.7L/kg），终末消除相（t1/2γ）的半衰期大约为5小时。总清除率为1.2L/分钟，大约一半经肾脏清除。
