内底板(inner bottom plating)是指船舶双层底的顶板。在正常情况下，双层底中用来装载燃油、淡水或压载水；而当船底外板损伤时，内底板要防止水进入船舱内，因此它必须是水密的。内底板与两舷舭部外板连接的列板，称内底边板。为了让人员进入双层底，在内底板上要开设人孔，并设置水密盖。货舱中的内底板常需加厚或上铺木板；如货舱内使用抓斗或铲车卸货，则更需加强。
