全息显微术有两种。一种是改变再现光的波长和波前曲率能使全息照片所成的像比原物大,得到放大率高达100 倍左右的像。另一种是用普通显微镜来观察再现像。如要测量样品中浮动粒子的大小、分布时因为这些粒子在不断运动,所以不易将显微镜调焦到这些粒子上,更谈不上把这体积中的粒子全部拍摄下来。但全息照相能很方便地解决这些问题。
