Methods The levels of serum complement and immunoglobulin and acute phase response proteins in 11 patients with HLD were studied by single immunodiffusion test.
发现两者在蛋白质组成，分子量，等电点及氨基酸组成上颇为相近。但免疫扩散试验证实两者无免疫交叉反应。
Some similarities in polypeptide components, molecular weight, isoelectric point and amino acid composition were found, but no immunocross reaction between them was observed.
